The construction site in Evere, Brussels, is a modern residential complex developed over a period of two years.
The Black Swan Beton team was responsible for the reinforced concrete works, formwork and stripping, as well as a range of additional services essential for the smooth progress of the project.

At the core of the construction lies a robust reinforced concrete structure, designed to withstand the harshest climatic conditions and the challenging terrains of alpine regions. Upon this solid foundation, we integrated warm architecture dominated by natural wood finishes and generous glass spaces, characteristic of the chalet style. This project showcases the construction of a modern holiday house, built on two levels and designed for long‑term comfort and relaxation. The ground floor includes bright, open day areas, with the living room, dining area and kitchen flowing directly onto the outdoor terrace, creating a natural connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape. The upper floor is dedicated to the night area, with spacious bedrooms and well‑organized bathrooms, offering privacy and peace for the whole family.
The structure of the house is made from durable, energy‑efficient materials, ensuring very good thermal and sound insulation, as well as low maintenance costs over time. The finishes were carefully chosen to combine modern aesthetics with functionality, while the large windows allow natural light to enter throughout the day.
This holiday home is designed to be used both for weekend getaways and for longer stays, offering all the facilities needed for a comfortable lifestyle, close to nature.
